Food and Beverage Supervisor
to join our team at our 5-star boutique hotel. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurant, bar, and in-room dining services. You will lead by example, inspiring the team to deliver impeccable service that reflects the elegance and standards of our hotel. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily food and beverage operations across all service areas Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver outstanding guest service Ensure service standards consistently meet 5-star expectations Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve any issues promptly Support stock control, ordering, and inventory management Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times What We Offer 50% off from rooms and F&B outlets for you and your friends and family Continuous training and development for all staff of all levels TFL monthly travel card up to £147.50 for zone 1 -2 paid after successful completion of probation Staff meals provided on shift Discretionary service charge Uniform and laundry service for all formal work attire 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays, increasing after two years of service and every two years thereafter, up to a maximum of 36 days.
