You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of:

Reporting to the General Manager, you will work closely with the M&E Sales Manager and Executive Chef to maximise revenue, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive departmental profitability.

\nKey Responsibilities\n

\n \n Manage day-to-day Food & Beverage operations

\n

\n

\n Ensure exceptional service standards in all outlets

\n

\n

\n Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team

\n

\n

\n Collaborate with Sales and Kitchen teams to optimise revenue opportunities

\n

\n

\n Control costs while maximising profitability

\n

\n

\n Act as the figurehead of F&B operations within the hotel

\n

\n

\nAbout You\n

\n \n Proven F&B management experience in a 4-star London hotel or above

\n

\n

\n Strong leadership and organisational skills

\n

\n

\n Guest-focused with a passion for service excellence

\n

\n Commercially aware with proven success in revenue growth and cost control
