As our Food & Beverage Manager , youll be the driving force behind the entire F&B operation restaurant, bars, room service, and events. Youll be out on the floor, setting the tone, raising standards, and making sure every guest experience feels effortless and exceptional. You will: Lead from the front visible, hands-on, and inspiring your team every shift Create a culture where great service is instinctive, not scripted Own performance from guest satisfaction to budgets and cost control Develop your team through coaching, training, and daily briefings Keep standards sharp from presentation to compliance and hygiene Play a key role in shaping the future of our dining experience What Were Looking For Youre not just experienced youre driven.
