We are partnering with a charming rural boutique hotel to recruit an experienced and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a restaurant-led environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will take full responsibility for the hotel's F&B operation, with a strong focus on the restaurant offering. The Food & Beverage Manager will lead from the front, ensuring high service standards, driving revenue, and creating a memorable dining experience that reflects the hotel's reputation and setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operation of the restaurant, bar, and events service
* Lead, train, and inspire a front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
* Maintain exceptional standards across service, presentation, and guest engagement
* Work closely with the Head Chef to align food and service delivery
* Manage stock, GP margins, and cost control effectively
* Drive revenue through upselling, events, and local partnerships
* Ensure compliance with all health & safety and licensing regulations
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Restaurant Manager within a quality-led environment
* Strong background in restaurant operations - this is essential
* A natural leader with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
* Commercially aware with a track record of improving performance
* Passionate about food, drink, and guest experience
* Comfortable working in a rural location (relocation support may be available)
