Reach FLT Role
As a Reach FLT Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a high-level Reach Truck within a large, fast-paced warehouse environment. The position involves:
Working at heights up to 13 metres using a high-reach FLT

No camera systems full confidence and previous experience at height is essential

Handling pallets, replenishing stock, and retrieving products from racking at varying levels

Loading and unloading goods, moving stock across departments

Following strict Health & Safety guidelines at all times

Working independently but also coordinating with warehouse teams and supervisors

Maintaining equipment checks and reporting any faults immediately

Requirements
Valid e xternally accredited Reach Truck licence (RTITB, AITT, ITSSAR, NPORS, etc.)

Proven previous experience operating a Reach FLT in a warehouse or logistics setting

Confident working at extreme heights (up to 13m) without camera assistance

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Good understanding of Health & Safety , racking systems, and safe load handling

Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain high accuracy

Shifts Available
Monday to Friday (Afternoons): 14:00 22:00

Sunday to Thursday (Nights): 22:00 06:00

Pay Rates
Days: £13.02 per hour

Day Overtime: £19.53 per hour

Nights: £16.07 per hour

Night Overtime: £24.11 per hour
