Job Title: General Operative - FLT Counterbalance | Long-Term Project | Paid 10-Hour Days

Location: Newquay Rate: Negotiable - Paid for 10 hours per day Duration: Approx. 3 months Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts paid as 10

LRL are recruiting for an experienced General Operative with a valid FLT Counterbalance licence to support a high-profile industrial project involving the removal and relocation of large-scale machinery and equipment.

If you're confident behind the controls of a forklift and thrive in high-paced, hands-on environments, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Safe and efficient operation of Forklift Trucks (Counterbalance) to move heavy and valuable equipment

Assisting with the rip-out, disassembly, and deinstallation of mechanical tools and production machinery

Supporting site teams with general duties relating to plant clearance and logistics

Working alongside skilled trades on an active, safety-critical industrial site

Requirements:

Valid FLT Counterbalance licence

CSCS Card

Enhanced DBS

Able to pass a full security clearance check

Two recent and relevant project-specific references
