FLT Counterbalance & Warehouse Operative Location: Irlam Pay: £12.81ph up to 8 pm (unsocial rate of £15.81 after 8 pm). Shift: Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm Temporary, Ongoing Job Overview: We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance & Warehouse Operative to join our team in Irlam. This is a full-time position, ideal for candidates who are reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: * Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently * Loading and unloading goods from vehicles * Moving stock within the warehouse and ensuring correct storage * Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch * Carrying out general warehouse duties as required * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment * Following all health & safety procedures Requirements: * Valid and in-date FLT Counterbalance licence * Previous warehouse experience preferred * Ability to work night shifts consistently * Good attention to detail and strong work ethic * Reliable and punctual * Must be able to commute to Irlam for the shift times What We Offer: * Competitive hourly rate (depending on experience) * Stable, ongoing work (Monday to Friday) * Supportive team environment * Opportunity for long-term employment **Please note that only candidates with an FLT CB licence and relevant experience will be shortlisted.
