FLT Counterbalance Driver - Nights

Our client, a reputable 3PL company located in Wolverhampton, is currently seeking an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join their night shift team.

Pay Rate: £15.12 per hour.

Job Type: Temp to perm.

Hours: Monday to Friday. Start times available from 18:00-21:30, with finish times between 04:00-07:30 with 2 X 20-minute breaks.

Overview:

You will be working alongside a team of up to 60 other FLT drivers in a fast-paced logistics environment. In-house and out-of-date licences are accepted, provided candidates are willing to complete a funded refresher course on-site.

The Role:

* Loading/unloading straight frame and double-decker trailers.

* Solely operating an FLT entire shift.

* responsible for loading and unloading delivery vehicles, organising stock, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations during the night shift.

* safely and efficiently move goods within the warehouse environment

* Ensure all safety checks are completed on a forklift truck and relevant documentation is completed at the start of your shift.

* Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years FLT experience.

* Accredited counterbalance license or happy to take a refresher course if needed.

* Candidates with existing pallet network experience are desirable.

* Good communication skills to liaise with team members and management
