FLT CB and Reach Driver

We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance & Reach Drivers for one of our well-established clients based in Leamington Spa. This is a temp to perm opportunity offering long-term stability for the right candidate.

Shift Pattern:

4 on / 4 off rotation

Days: 9:00am – 9:00pm
Nights: 9:00pm – 9:00am
Pay Rates:

£13.77 per hour – Day
£14.77 per hour – Nights

Key Responsibilities:

Operating Counterbalance and Reach trucks safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading goods
Moving stock within the warehouse
Supporting general warehouse duties as required
Adhering to all health & safety procedures

Requirements:

In-date external FLT Counterbalance and Reach licences (essential)
Previous FLT experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating pattern
Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
