Our Floor Manager will play a key role in the day-to-day management at The Hero. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
● Salary - £35,000 per annum + Tips (potential to earn up to £50,000 PA)

Oversee day-to-day operations across all guest-facing areas (bar, restaurant, and event spaces).
● Ensure the pub level complies with all conditions of the license, policy, and legislation, including health and safety, and maintains a clean and safe environment.
● Monitor food quality, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction, working closely with kitchen staff to maintain high standards.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
