– which inspire us through our journey of growth. The Role We are looking for a Floor Supervisor to be part of our Restaurant Management team. This role will supervise the smooth running of the Events department and support the Restaurant Managers of Yasmin and Nessa by taking the lead in their absence. Key Responsibilities: Lives and breathes hospitality A great communicator that manages their time well Under the direction of restaurant management, assists with supervising the team and delegating tasks accordingly Carry out correct opening and closing procedures Ensures effective and efficient communication with the Events team regarding events operations to ensure that all client expectations are managed and met on the day of the event. Efficient planning for the events department by looking ahead and ensuring that run sheets and event plans are communicated to the wider team. Performs all service duties of the food & beverage outlets Coaches staff to achieve departmental revenue goals Greets and seats guests, and makes sure that they receive prompt, courteous and efficient service Displays great level of attention to detail and own initiative Demonstratable problem solving skills Promotes restaurant standards Ensures that all food and beverages are delivered to the guest to spec In Return We Offer: £450 Gross Refer-a-friend scheme (unlimited referrals!) 50% discount on F&B onsite Reward and discounts platform SmartTech and CycleToWork schemes Access to delicious on shift meals *Please note that we do not have a Skilled Worker Sponsor License.
