This role will supervise the smooth running of the Events department and support the Restaurant Managers of Yasmin and Nessa by taking the lead in their absence. Key Responsibilities: Lives and breathes hospitality A great communicator that manages their time well Under the direction of restaurant management, assists with supervising the team and delegating tasks accordingly Carry out correct opening and closing procedures Ensures effective and efficient communication with the Events team regarding events operations to ensure that all client expectations are managed and met on the day of the event. Efficient planning for the events department by looking ahead and ensuring that run sheets and event plans are communicated to the wider team.
