The Floor Supervisor will support the strategic initiatives and objectives of the Food & Beverage department while overseeing day-to-day operations at our brand-new rooftop venue, Sabine Holborn . This role is focused on evening shifts , delivering exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant, high-energy setting.
All team members work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and venue-specific service standards, while collaborating closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company's vision, mission, and values. At all times, you will treat others with respect, dignity, and fairness.
As a Floor Supervisor, we want you to bring your fun and dynamic vibe to work every day. While supervising the floor and F&B team, you will ensure our guests enjoy the city - whichever way they choose. You'll think creatively to deliver five-star guest service and go above and beyond to make every experience electrifying.
