About the role.

We are looking for an experienced floor supervisor to join the Applebee's team at 5 Stoney Street, Borough Market.

You'll need a genuine warmth for people and the ability to thrive when service is busy. Working alongside the senior team, you'll be a role model for the wider front of house team, supporting their employee experience and making sure every guest gets the experience they deserve.

Responsibilities:

- Lunch and dinner service supervision/management.

- Staff training.

- Understanding of labour costs and cash up management.

- Regular stock takes including linen and drinks.

- Support recruitment by overseeing trial shifts.

- Restaurant set-up and close-down operations.

- Keep guest experience at a consistently high standard.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar environment. Quality-focused, fast-paced,independent.

- A real passion for seafood and hospitality.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Familiarity with reservation and POS systems desirable but not essential.

- Basic grasp of Microsoft 365.
