My client, an innovative, highly-respected Multidisciplinary Consultancy, is currently searching for a Senior Flood Risk and Drainage Consultant to join their expert team of design engineers, based in the thriving, culturally-diverse city of Leeds.
Essential Criteria:
A Degree in Civil Engineering, Geography, or similar, relevant discipline Extensive experience of having worked in a flood risk and/or drainage role Familiarity with planning and environmental regulations, as well as the appropriate Section Agreements and their respective applications within the industry Experience of using GIS software (e.g., QGIS), and other software packages Hold Chartered Status, or actively working to attain this
It would also benefit applicants for the role of Senior Flood Risk and Drainage Consultant to possess the following:
An additional, postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline Good written and oral communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Experience of managing a range of stakeholder relations
