My client, an innovative, highly-respected Multidisciplinary Consultancy, is currently searching for a Senior Flood Risk and Drainage Consultant to join their expert team of design engineers, based in the bustling, diverse city of Manchester.
Essential Criteria:
A Degree in Geography, Civil Engineering, or similar, relevant discipline Extensive experience of having worked in a flood risk drainage role Familiarity with the relevant planning and environmental regulations, as well as the appropriate Section Agreements and their respective applications Experience of using GIS software (e.g., QGIS), and other relevant software packages Hold Chartered Status, or actively working toward attaining this
It would also benefit applicants for the role of Senior Flood Risk and Drainage Consultant to possess the following skills:
Postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline Good written and oral communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Experience of managing a range of stakeholder relations
