We have opportunities in Bathgate and Weston-super-Mare for experienced Fleet & Plant Compliance Coordinator's Key Responsibilities Provide effective and efficient support for the Fleet & Plant Compliance Manager in coordinating fleet & Plant operations across the business, ensuring efficient maintenance scheduling, documentation, and communication to maintain compliance and operational effectiveness. You will also be tasked with maintaining databases, running and compiling reports, booking in services and repairs, vehicle allocations and driving license checks. Operations & Maintenance Coordinate the day-to-day operation of the SES UK fleet & Plant operations.
Coordinate vehicle & Plant servicing, inspections, and maintenance schedules ensuring legal, and company compliance, including replacement vehicles as appropriate.
