Requirement to support our press fleet team in maintaining the highest standards across our fleet vehicles. Responsibilities will include all preparation work required ahead of paint application, ranging from detailed cleaning and surface correction to full vehicle preparation for rebuild resprays. You will be based on client site, with access to a dedicated preparation area and tools. Carry out all preparation tasks independently, using your training, qualifications, and proven trade experience. Support the quoting and estimating process with accurate preparation related job hour reporting. Maintain and service all preparation tools and equipment. Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Follow safe working practices at all times, including correct use of PPE. Uphold client values through high standards of housekeeping, professionalism, and personal presentation
