The Role We are seeking a highly capable Fleet Operations Lead to take ownership of a fleet of approximately 750 vehicles across multiple operational companies. This individual contributor position plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily fleet operations, ensuring compliance, driving cost efficiencies, and leading environmental initiatives across the division.

Location: This is a full-time role based in Leicester , with occasional travel to operational sites as required.
