As part of the team working as a Fleet Hub/Mobile and External Work Controller , you can make a real difference by supporting the provision ofthe Fleet team to our officers and staff.
Within this role you will be responsible for overseeing all workshop operation, including maintenance, repair, and warranty repair allocation. You will ensure that all technical and quality standards are met while maintaining high levels of efficiency and productivity. The Hub Controller acts as a vital link between the fleet department and the divisional officers / users.
Please note that this Police Scotland Workshop is currently experiencing high volumes of activity as we continue to support our frontline. Prior experience of handling high and demanding workloads would be advantageous.
Key responsibilities: Workshop Efficiency: Monitor and manage workshop loading, job flow and staff productivity and maximise output.
