Duties:

Undertake a variety of planned and responsive works in both occupied and void, residential and commercial properties including: End-to-end kitchen, bathroom, and wet room upgrades, including strip-out, first-fix and second fix plumbing and carpentry, floor and wall preparation, tanking/waterproofing, tray former setting, sanitaryware installation, tiling, trims/sealant, commissioning, and handover. Carpentry works including door sets and linings, first and second fix, kitchen unit installation and worktop fitting with mitred joints. Plumbing works including reactive repairs, bathroom refurbishments, pipework alterations, press-fit and traditional jointing, isolation/commissioning, and rainwater goods. Multi-trade tasks including ceramic wall tiling and minor decorative and basic carpentry tasks linked to upgrades and repairs. Fire door remedials and full installations to a competent standard, including frames/linings, intumescent and smoke seals, hinges, closers, letterplates, signage and final adjustments.
