Fire and Security Service Engineer

We are a rapidly growing, customer-focused organisation based in Birmingham, seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team and cover the West Midlands region. Specialising in fire and security systems, we are well-established and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team of skilled engineers.

Salary & Benefits

£32,000 - £38,000(dependent on experience)

OTE: £36,000£48,000

Commission on non-compliant findings

Ongoing training on leading systems (e.g., GENT, Paxton, Dahua, Wagner)

Fully expensed van and laptop

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase additional days

Requirements

Strong knowledge of analogue addressable and conventional fire alarm systems

Experience with emergency lighting maintenance and repairs

Basic understanding of intruder alarms, access control, nurse call, and disabled refuge systems

Professional, customer-facing

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

CSCS/ECS card and valid driving license

FIA certification (desirable)
