Constukt RS are working with one the leading providers of technology globally, who are seeking a Fire and Security engineer to work as part of there infustructure department on integrated systems.\n\nLocation: Based within the M6/M1 corridor (Covering Midlands), you will be responsible for helping deliver and maintain life safety fire detection and Security systems. The role will predominantly be based in the Midlands area but may require some travel to support specific projects & customer sites in the wider branch area\n\nYou will successfully deliver; service and fault find on complex, fully integrated fire and security systems with our end-customers from various domains & disciplines. You will provide pre-sales support to sales teams and support the project manager and commercial team to deliver projects & service contracts on target and within scope.\n\nYou’ll make a difference by:\n\n * Servicing & fault diagnosis/rectification on large integrated fire and security systems.\n\n * Installation & Commissioning - Undertaking installation and commissioning works to support the delivery of moves, changes, additions, and project works.\n\n * Completion of clear & accurate work reports, service reports, and commissioning certificates.\n\n * Provide a high level of customer service to clients and maintain the highest standards of quality.\n\n * On-site/remote management of service delivery through site meetings and coordination with internal & external stakeholders.\n\n * Comply with all Health & Safety requirements.\n\n * Good problem-solving skills, fault-finding skills, and analytical thinking.\n\n * Respond to all communications within an appropriate time.\n\nYou’ll build on your existing expertise, including:\n\n * We are looking for a Multi disciplined engineer with significant experience working in the Fire and Security industry, with expertise in delivering and servicing larger complex fire detection and security systems on new/existing sites.\n\n * Good working knowledge of various manufacturer's equipment, products, and systems and experience is essential.\n\n * You will bring a growth mindset with a passion for working in diverse teams.\n\n * Fire Suppression experience preferable but not essential\n\nWhat can we offer?\n\n * Performance-Based Bonus: Enjoy an annual bonus linked to the company's performance\n\n * Flexible Working Hours: Achieve a healthy work-life balance with our flexible working arrangements\n\n * Pension Plan: Secure your future with our generous pension scheme, with employer contributions up to 10%.\n\n * Time Off: Recharge and rejuvenate with 26 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), and the option to buy or sell an additional 5 days!\n\nSalary up to £40k for the right candidate and experience.\n\nApply now for a confidential chat
