Fire, Security, AOV & Smoke Vent – Estimator / Surveyor / Designer Location: Office-based in Upminster Site Visits Across London & Surrounding Areas Salary: £TBC – Dependent on Experience Full-time | Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 The Company Nomico is a well-established, independent Electrical, Fire and Security company with over 40 years of expertise in the industry. The Opportunity They are currently seeking an experienced Estimator / Surveyor / Designer with in-depth knowledge across fire, security, AOV, and smoke ventilation systems. This is a hybrid role involving office-based design and estimating work, as well as site surveys and client interaction. Key Responsibilities Carrying out surveys and assessments of new and existing sites Designing and estimating fire and security system installations Producing specifications, quotations, and technical documentation Liaising with engineers, clients, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery Attending sites across London and surrounding areas as needed
