Location: Office-based in Upminster + Site Visits Across London & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £TBC – Dependent on Experience
Full-time | Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

The Opportunity
They are currently seeking an experienced Estimator / Surveyor / Designer with in-depth knowledge across fire, security, AOV, and smoke ventilation systems. This is a hybrid role involving office-based design and estimating work, as well as site surveys and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out surveys and assessments of new and existing sites
* Designing and estimating fire and security system installations
* Producing specifications, quotations, and technical documentation
* Liaising with engineers, clients, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery
* Attending sites across London and surrounding areas as needed
Experience Required
* Strong background working with EVAC systems, voice alarms, disabled refuge, fire alarms, AOV, access control, and video entry
* Solid understanding of addressable and conventional fire alarm systems, including Hochiki and Apollo
* Comfortable designing and specifying:
* AOV and smoke extract systems
* Access and video entry systems
* IP CCTV systems
Manufacturers Knowledge
* Fire Panels: Advanced, Morley, Kentec, Gent, Protec, C-Tec
* AOV & Ventilation: SE Controls, Sertus, Teal
* Entry & Access: BPT, Entrotec, Paxton, Comelit, CAME, Videx
* CCTV: Hikvision, Axis, Hanwha (and others)
