We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Systems Service Engineer to join a well-established security solutions provider. This role involves servicing, maintenance and repair of advanced security systems across a variety of customer sites. You will work with modern, cutting-edge technology, ensuring systems operate reliably while delivering excellent customer service.\n\nThe company delivers comprehensive security systems that protect businesses, properties and assets across a wide range of sectors.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nServicing, maintenance and repair of Fire Detection, CCTV, Intruder Alarms and Access Control systems.\n\nDiagnose and troubleshoot faults efficiently to minimise downtime and optimise system performance.\n\nCarry out system upgrades and enhancements in line with the latest industry technologies.\n\nProvide technical support and basic training to clients to ensure effective system use.\n\nWork closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and project completion.\n\nExperience:\n\nStrong technical knowledge of Fire Detection, CCTV, Intruder Alarms and Access Control systems.\n\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in security and fire systems maintenance.\n\nBasic IT and networking knowledge including IP addressing and network infrastructure.\n\nSound understanding of industry regulations, codes and standards.\n\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.\n\nFull UK Driving Licence.\n\nPackage:\n\n£34,920 – £42,000 per annum\n\nCompany Car\n\nCompany Pension\n\nFull-time, Permanent Role\n\nTraining, development and career progression opportunities\n\nThis role requires travel to customer sites as part of day-to-day duties
