Job Description

Location: Central London, United Kingdom
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 per year (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, no call-outs

GMSA Group Ltd provides maintenance and repair services for fire alarm, CCTV, access control, intercom, and security systems across London. We maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and compliance with UK and BAFE regulations.
Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified Fire and Security Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on life safety and security systems across residential and commercial sites in Central London.
Key Responsibilities
Service and maintain fire alarm, access control, intercom, CCTV, and intruder systems
Complete service reports and compliance documentation accurately
Respond to callouts and fault-finding requests as scheduled
Ensure compliance with BS 5839-1, BS EN 62676, and related standards
Communicate effectively with clients and the office team
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in fire and security system maintenance
Knowledge of leading manufacturers (Kentec, Advanced, Paxton, Hikvision, etc.)
Full UK driving licence is
ECS or equivalent certification desirable
Right to work in the UK
Clean DBS is a must
