Fire and Security Service Engineer Opportunity\n\nSalary up to £38K plus overtime\n\n25 days holiday plus bank holidays\n\nDiscounts on utility bills and gym membership\n\nFire and Security Engineer Role\n\nTo carry out PPM in accordance with set schedules, ensuring engineering standards are maintained in order to maximise the operational effectiveness and reliability of the Fire & Security Systems.\n\n• Adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA)\nrequirements.\n\n• To ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and to maintain accurate\nrecords/documentation associated with the Fire & Security Systems.\n\n• To respond in a prompt and effective manner to all relevant reactive maintenance issues and help desk requests.\n\n• To coordinate initial actions associated with all requests from the client.\n\n• To coordinate visiting specialist sub-contractors associated with Fire & Security Systems aspects of the PPM\nschedules.\n\n• To respond to call-outs and cover breakdowns and emergencies associated with the contract as required.\n\n• Fault diagnosis associated with the PPM or Reactive maintenance of the site.\n\n• Manage workload and prioritise jobs appropriately\n\n• To provide reports in relation to work and equipment as required.\n\n• To undertake miscellaneous duties as requested by the Client.\n\n• To proactively work towards the growth of the contract into other service provisions, be they System Upgrades a Like\nfor Like replacements, Project works, etc\n\nCompany Benefits\n\n * Salary up to £38,000 depending on experience and skill set\n\n * 25 days holiday plus bank holiday - raising with service\n\n * Private family healthcare\n\n * Discounted gym membership\n\n * Discounted utility bills\n\n * Call-out £225 per week\n\n * Birthday Off with pay\n\n * Certified GENT training provided
