As a Fire and Security Service Engineer your main responsibilities will be:

Service and maintain Fire Alarm, CCTV, Intruder, and Access Control systems Carry out reactive callouts and fault diagnostics Plan and respond to daily service visits in your designated region Ensure all work meets current industry and customer compliance standards Maintain up-to-date and accurate reporting via the company CRM or portal Maintain van stock levels and liaise with the logistics team when needed Attend team meetings and relevant training sessions Identify personal development needs and seek opportunities for growth
