We’re recruiting for a Fire & Security Service Engineer to cover Newcastle and the wider North East region, working with a leading name in the fire and security industry. With a strong national presence and a solid client base, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and well-established engineering team.

The Role:

* Service, maintenance, and fault-finding of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.

* Working across a range of commercial and industrial sites.

* Ensuring all work is carried out to industry standards and customer satisfaction.

* Participating in a call-out rota (with additional allowances).

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in servicing and maintaining fire and/or security systems.

* Knowledge of industry standards (BS5839, NSI, BAFE etc.).

* Full UK driving licence.

* Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
