The Role

Youll be installing and commissioning fire and electronic security systems across a regional patch, working on a variety of commercial and public sector projects.

This is a hands-on installation role where quality, attention to detail and professionalism are key.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Installation of fire alarm systems (addressable & conventional)
  • Installing CCTV (IP & analogue), access control and intruder systems
  • Working on emergency lighting systems
  • Wiring, terminating and configuring systems
  • Commissioning systems and completing handovers
  • Producing accurate documentation including test results and reports
  • Working from drawings and coordinating with site teams
  • Fault finding and resolving issues where required

Travel & Hours
  • 40 hours per week (8am 5pm)
  • First 30 mins each way unpaid, rest paid
  • Regional travel across the North West & North East

What Youll Need
  • Installation experience across fire & security systems
  • Experience in at least three of the following:
    • Fire Alarms
    • CCTV
    • Access Control
    • Intruder Alarms
    • Emergency Lighting
  • Ability to work from drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and workmanship
  • Electrical experience
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

  • FIA qualifications
  • ECS / CSCS / IPAF / PASMA
