Are you an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer ready to step off the tools and move into a more strategic, supportive role? This is an excellent opportunity to transition into a Technical Supervisor position, combining office-based coordination with hands-on field support across West London and surrounding areas.
The Role
As a Fire Alarm Technical Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring engineering excellence across the business. You’ll split your time between the office and site, providing technical leadership, guidance, and support to field engineers while maintaining high standards of compliance and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and guidance to field-based Fire Alarm Engineers
* Assist with commissioning and system validation across a range of projects
* Deliver training and mentoring to engineers, supporting development and upskilling
* Act as a point of escalation for complex faults and technical queries
* Support project teams to ensure systems are delivered to specification and standards
* Maintain strong communication between office and field operations
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Senior Fire Alarm Engineer or similar
* Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems (commissioning experience desirable)
* A natural problem-solver with the ability to support and guide others
* Interest in moving into a supervisory/leadership role
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
