Key Responsibilities Servicing, maintaining, and carrying out remedial works on a range of fire alarm systems Diagnosing and rectifying faults efficiently Providing technical support and excellent customer communication Completing accurate service reports and maintaining documentation Supporting reactive call-outs when required Required Experience & Skills Proven fire alarm servicing experience Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication, organisation, and customer-service skills Good understanding of fire alarm system principles Strong record-keeping and working IT knowledge ECS or CSCS card (advantageous) Experience with the following systems: Required: Kentec Morley Advance Advantageous: Gent Protec Fireclass Hyfire Salary & Benefits £36,000 – £38,000, depending on experience & qualifications Company vehicle Company phone/PDA Regular overtime available On-call rota (1 week in 9) Company pension On-site parking Employee Assistance Programme Friendly, supportive working environment Why Apply?
