I am currently representing a well-established fire specialist company, who carry out a variety of services from design, installation and maintenance to several clients across central London. Due to sheer growth, they are now seeking a fire alarm project manager to add to the team.

Salary package:

£45,000 - £55,000

Area of cover:

London

Carrying out the following:

Managing projects between 250k – 2Million
Project delivery from initial enquiry through to completion
Full financial control of projects
Liaise with clients and other departments while managing installs
Preparing work programmes to ensure labour and deadline requirements are met
Negotiate contract variations
Highlight potential problem areas and obtain contractual advice
Oversee design of FA installs
Prepare quotations
Develop and prepare budgets and take-offs
Utilise install teams and oversee delivery to BAFE standards

Requirements:

Estimator experience
Knowledge of current British standards
Fire detection and other equipment experience
Computer skills in Microsoft Office
