Finishing Operative Masking & Abrasive Clean Location: Denham, UB9 Salary: £26,110 Hours: M - T: 8 - 5, F: 8 - 12 Were now looking for a Finishing Operative to join our expert team in Denham, where youll be an important part of our precision finishing process from surface preparation to masking and bead blasting ensuring that every component meets the highest quality standards to ultimately help save lives . What Youll Do As A Finishing Operative: In this role, youll work in our state-of-the-art finishing plant, preparing components for painting and ensuring every piece is finished to exact specifications. Tasks include: Accurately interpreting engineering drawings , build plans, and process specs. Performing masking, bead blasting, and surface prep to the highest quality standards. Handling various masking materials and bead media (glass and plastic). Following strict health, safety, and COSHH regulations. Contributing to continuous improvement of masking and painting processes. Maintaining efficiency and meeting production schedules without compromising quality.
