This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of internal fit‑out and finishing processes on multi‑unit schemes, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality results.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will be responsible for overseeing all internal finishing works across multi‑unit accommodation blocks, ensuring consistent quality, workmanship, and progress. Working closely with Site Management and subcontractor teams, you will drive high standards and help bring projects to completion to the expected specification.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee all internal finishing trades including carpentry, drylining, M&E final fix, painting, flooring, and snagging\nManage and coordinate subcontractors to maintain programme and quality\nConduct detailed snagging and ensure issues are closed out promptly\nMaintain clear communication with project and site managers on progress\nEnsure works are completed to required specification and building regulations\nMonitor health & safety within internal works areas\nSupport handovers and final inspections across multiple units\n\nRequirements\n\nStrong background as a Finishing Foreman or Internal Works Supervisor\nProven experience on large‑scale multi‑unit accommodation or residential blocks\nExceptional eye for detail in internal fit‑out and finishing processes\nAbility to lead, coordinate, and motivate subcontractor teams\nGood understanding of build sequences, quality standards, and snagging management\nStrong communication and organisational skills\nCSCS card essential; SSSTS/First Aid beneficial\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nCompetitive salary up to £55,000 per year\nOpportunity to work on significant, high‑quality multi‑unit schemes\nSupportive and established project team\nCareer progression opportunities into Site Management roles
