Requirements: Previous experience in fine dining restaurants A passion for the art of cooking and team spirit A keen eye for detail and imagination Knowledge of all food safety, allergens & health & safety guidelines. Positive & high energy attitude Ability to work a flexible rota of 5 days out of 7.
