TheRole:
TheFinancial Services AdministratorwillbeakeymemberoftheteamandwillbeinvolvedinallaspectsofclientserviceadministrationandFinancialPlanningsupporttoagrowingteamofFinancialPlannersandParaplanners.ThisroleisbasedinCambridge.
TheFinancial Services Administratorwillandscheduleandco-ordinateclientmeetingsandwillsupportcompliantnewbusinesssubmissionsbycompletinganddistributingallrelevantinternalandexternaldocumentation;activelymanagingtheprogressofsuchsubmissionsandensuringtheCRMsystemisupdatedcorrectly.
TheFinancial Services Administratorwillactastheprimaryinterfaceforclientqueriesfrombothinternalandexternalclientstogetherwiththirdpartyprovidersandworkwithavariedclientbase.
TheFinancial Services Administratorwillberesponsibleforthepreparationofclientreviewreports,issuingFinancialPlanningrecommendationreportsandprocessingwithdrawalrequests.
Liaisingwiththirdpartiesregardinglettersofauthority;requestingpolicyinformation,fundswitchesandinstructingtransfersofstockand/orcash.
TheCandidate
FinancialServicesAdministrationexperienceideallyIFAAdministration,FinancialPlanning,WealthManagementorInvestmentManagement.
ExperienceofXplan-useful.
Anappreciationofcomplianceandregulatoryknowledge.
Experienceusingclientmanagementsystems/financialplanningtools.
AbilitytouseMicrosoftWordandExcelanddemonstrateexcellentwrittenskills.
Competentadministrationofinvestmentandadvisedproducts.
