A top-tier international law firm is seeking an experienced Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer to join its highly regarded practice on a six-month contract, starting in January 2026. You will support a busy and sophisticated restructuring and insolvency practice, working closely with partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of high-value and often cross-border matters. The role offers genuine client exposure and the chance to contribute meaningfully to strategically important mandates.

Responsibilities will include:

• Acting in formal insolvency processes
• Advising on distressed investments and special situations
• Supporting operational and financial restructurings
• Confident client-facing capability
• Exposure to UK and cross-border restructurings (highly advantageous)
