Financial Reporting Manager | PE-Backed Tech Services | £65,000–£70,000 (+ bonus) | London (Hybrid)

I’m currently working with a high-growth, PE-backed technology services business looking to hire a Financial Reporting Manager into their London-based team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong finance professional to take ownership of financial reporting in a scaling, multi-entity environment, with strong exposure to senior leadership and investors.

The Role:

This role has a strong emphasis on group financial reporting, controls and audit, playing a key part in ensuring accurate, timely and high-quality outputs across the business. You will work closely with the Finance Director and wider team to drive reporting excellence and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning the monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

• Preparing and reviewing consolidated group financial statements across multiple entities

• Leading balance sheet reviews and strengthening controls across the finance function

• Acting as the primary contact for external auditors, supporting a smooth audit process

• Producing internal reporting for senior leadership and private equity stakeholders, including budget vs actuals and key performance insights

• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance reporting timelines and accuracy

• Supporting integration of acquisitions from a reporting and controls perspective

• Managing and developing junior team members

What they’re looking for:

• ACA / ACCA qualified

• Strong financial reporting experience in a high-growth or scaling business

• Experience in multi-entity group environments

• Strong technical grounding (IFRS / UK GAAP)

• Experience working with auditors and delivering clean audits

• Proactive, detail-oriented and hands-on approach
