This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to shape financial planning and analysis in a growing organisation.As FP&A Manager, you’ll create models, improve processes and deliver robust financial insights. You’ll partner with operational teams, challenge assumptions and provide actionable analysis to support strategic decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processesPrepare insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with commentaryConduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and product-level margin reviewsLead cash flow forecasting and flash revenue reportingPartner with operational teams to track spend, identify cost reductions, and improve efficiencySupport major projects with rigorous financial analysis and business case modellingEnhance financial processes, implement automation, and optimise workflowsSkills and experience that will benefit your applicationProven experience in FP&A with responsibility for outputsFinancial modelling skills and Excel proficiency (Power Query/VBA a plus)Strong analytical ability and communication skills to influence stakeholdersExperience managing budgeting tools and processesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, growth environment with multiple prioritiesWhat’s in it for youSalary of circa 60k-65k, depending on experienceHybrid and flexible working optionsDiscretionary bonus schemeComprehensive benefits package including private medical coverOpportunity to shape FP&A in a scaling organisation #J-18808-Ljbffr
