Reporting to the CEO, this role will lead the organisation’s financial strategy, governance, and compliance, ensuring long‑term sustainability while supporting operational delivery and strategic growth. You will oversee the finance function, provide high‑quality financial insight to senior leadership and the Board, and play a key role in shaping the organisation’s future direction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial strategy, planning, and annual budgetingProvide financial reporting, forecasts, and analysis to the CEO and BoardEnsure strong financial governance, controls, and regulatory complianceLead and develop the finance teamSupport strategic decision‑making, tenders, and new business opportunitiesManage audit processes and statutory reportingAbout YouQualified or Qualified by Experience accountantHands‑on with significant experience leading a finance functionExperience in presenting financial information to senior leadership or boardsStrong commercial and strategic financial planning skillsExperience in a charity or similar regulated environment (housing, public sector, education, health, etc.) is desirableAgile/Hybrid and flexible working26 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with service) #J-18808-Ljbffr
