Financial Controller\n\nCoventry\n\nMonday to Friday\n\n£70,000\n\nA manufacturing company in Coventry is looking for a Financial Controller to lead their finance function and support business performance through accurate reporting, forecasting, and analysis.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage month-end and year-end financial processes\nPrepare financial reports and present insights to senior leadership\nOversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management\nLead and develop the finance team, ensuring consistency and accuracy\nMaintain compliance with statutory reporting, tax, and audit requirements\nSupport financial planning for projects and capital investments\nDrive process improvements and strengthen internal controlsIdeal Candidate\n\nFully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent)\nProven experience in a senior finance role, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, or automotive\nStrong leadership skills with experience managing teams\nExcellent analytical, reporting, and ERP system experience\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and attention to detail\nProfessional, proactive, and business-focused approachIf this role if of interest, please send your CV
