Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits Hybrid working model Collaborative and supportive culture Clear progression prospects Forward thinking and progressive company culture About You Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with at least 3 years post-qualification experience Background in a hands-on, operational finance environment Comfortable owning site-level reporting and collaborating with wider teams Technically strong across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Confident communicator with the ability to lead and influence across departments Adaptable and resilient, with a proactive approach to problem solving Your New Role Always Lead the month-end close and deliver timely, accurate financial and operational reporting Own variance analysis across budget, forecast, and prior year performance Ensure compliance with internal controls and external reporting requirements Manage journals, reconciliations, and reporting across key balance sheet areas Drive the budgeting and forecasting cycles with confidence and clarity Often Take the lead on audit preparation and liaise with external advisors Provide meaningful commercial insights to senior stakeholders Track and report capital spend against project timelines and expectations Support improvements across systems and reporting processes Collaborate with operational and leadership teams to align finance with wider strategy Occasionally Support business improvement and transformation initiatives Contribute to system upgrades and reporting enhancements Never Struggle to access the data you need, systems are established and the wider team is experienced Have to explain variances to a seagull.
