Financial Controller Coventry | £75,000 - £85,000 + Bonus + BenefitsA leading manufacturing business is seeking a Financial Controller to take ownership of a key division within their business.This is a high-profile role, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance, support decision-making, and lead a well-established finance team.The RoleYou'll act as the finance lead for a complex, fast-paced environment, taking responsibility for financial reporting, forecasting, and business partnering across multiple functions.Key responsibilities include:Leading all aspects of month-end close, reporting, and financial analysisPreparing and presenting P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow insights to senior stakeholdersOwning budgeting and forecasting processes across operational and engineering spendPartnering with non-finance teams including engineering and commercial functionsManaging and developing a team of finance professionalsDriving continuous improvement across processes, controls, and reportingSupporting audit processes and ensuring a strong financial control environmentThe CandidateWe're looking for a commercially minded and hands-on finance leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.You will ideally have:ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualificationExperience within manufacturing, engineering, or a similar operational environmentStrong technical grounding across reporting, forecasting, and controlsProven leadership experience managing and developing teamsExcellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at senior levelA proactive and resilient approach, with the ability to manage competing prioritiesWhy Apply?High-visibility role with exposure to senior leadershipOpportunity to shape processes and add real commercial valueLeadership responsibility within a supportive and collaborative teamFast-paced, engaging environment with genuine impactIf you're looking for a role where you can combine technical excellence with true business partnering, we'd be keen to hear from you.JBRP1_UKTJ
