Qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA) Strong experience in financial management and reporting Advanced financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication abilities Confident managing complex financial processes and stakeholder relationships
About Your New Role Always
Lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance Prepare management accounts, performance dashboards, and statutory financial statements Oversee balance sheet integrity, reconciliations, and internal controls Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and audit obligations Produce accurate budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Often
Partner with commercial and operational teams to support decision‑making and improve profitability Analyse margins, pricing, and customer profitability Monitor and manage costs, overheads, and working capital Mentor and develop the finance team
Occasionally
Lead cost‑saving initiatives and operational improvement projects Contribute to ERP enhancements, reporting tools, and process standardisation Provide financial insight on investment or capital expenditure proposals

Operate without oversight on compliance or financial governance Attempt to persuade the coffee machine to make latte art
