Group Finance Controller – Chippenham We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Group Finance Controller on a temporary to permanent basis for our client. You will play a key role in leading the financial operations in a complex, fast-growing family-run business with BIG PLANS for the future. Whilst leading a small team your key responsibilities will be: Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting Managing IFRS compliant management accounts Overseeing year-end processes Collaborate cross-functionally and presenting strategic insights at board level Ideal Candidate: Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with a proven track record in senior finance roles within complex, multi-faceted businesses Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
