Financial Controller

The Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Financial Controller will lead a talented finance team responsible for all aspects of group accounting operations, cash management, budgeting, and financial reporting. This is a key leadership role with regular exposure to the Board and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance team, ensuring accurate and efficient management of accounting operations.
• Oversee cash flow, budgeting, billing, collections, and payments across multiple jurisdictions.
• Chair regular budget review meetings, driving accountability and transparency in financial planning.
• Maintain robust financial policies, controls, and reporting frameworks.
• Present monthly and annual financial results to the Board and management committees.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and systems to enhance efficiency and control.

About You

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven senior finance experience.
• Confident leader with excellent communication and people management skills.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to balance precision and strategic insight.
• Experience in regulated financial environments (ideally Jersey, London or Luxembourg).
• Committed to maintaining strong governance, compliance, and operational integrity.
