Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 About the Business We are seeking a Financial Controller to join a leading manufacturing business in Coventry. Working alongside the leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the finance function while leading and developing your own team. Main Duties
Partner with Finance and Management teams to provide support Deliver accurate and timely corporate and internal financial reporting Lead, develop, and support direct reports, contributing to succession planning Perform SOX compliance testing and balance sheet reconciliations Prepare and present key financial statements, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet Oversee month-end close processes, including variance analysis and forecasting Monitor and manage key financial KPIs, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Identify and implement improvements to financial controls and business processes Liaise with external auditors to support year-end and interim audit processes Undertake ad hoc duties as required
