THE OPPORTUNITY: We're exclusively partnering with a highly successful manufacturing business in Birmingham that is modernising its finance function and investing in new systems.

The company is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the day-to-day running of the finance team, while also delivering hands-on management accounting, business partnering, and systems improvement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified or QBE finance professional with manufacturing / engineering experience who is ambitious to progress to Head of Finance level. Candidates with the right experience operating at Finance Manager, Senior Management Accountant, Financial Controller or Finance Business Partner level will be considered.

THE FINANCIAL CONTROLLER ROLE:
