Kerry Robert Associatesis looking for a seniorFinancial Controllerfor a well-known hotel resort located within Scotland. This role would suit someone who is incredibly commercial and comes with a wealth of hospitality finance experience. Our client is a well-respected company who has an impressive hotel portfolio throughout the UK and Europe.
Requirements The ideal candidate needs to be extremely hotel focussed and have a proven track record in managing multi-department income streams.
Our client is looking for an opportunity driven individual who comes from a self-accounting background and can manage and drive performance.
Hotel Financial Controller background (min 3 years+)
Extremely commercial and understands Hotels well
A forward-thinking person who embraces technology
A natural leader who can motivate and lead a small finance team
Strong self-accounting experience
IT proficient in hotel PMS/EPOS systems
Benefits Hybrid working position (3 days on-site and 2 days from home). Two nights hotel accommodation available each week if needed.
Salary package: 60k+ plus annual bonus and great company benefits
